3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder must be a legally operating enterprise, a product manufacturer or agent with the ability to independently conclude contracts.
(2) The equipment proposed by the bidder shall have excellent quality and reliability, stable performance and low failure rate. (Provide a letter of commitment or other supporting materials, the format is self-designed)
(3) If the bidder is an agent of the bid product, it shall obtain the official authorization of the bidding product manufacturer for the project; if the bidder is a product manufacturer, it shall provide manufacturer qualification declaration documents and certification materials. (For the format, please refer to the first volume of the bidding documents \”Chapter 4-Tender Document Format\”).
(4) The bidder shall have a good after-sales quality assurance service system (if the bidder is an agent of the bid product, it shall obtain a certificate of the service system provided by the manufacturer), provide a certificate of good technical support and maintenance services, and provide the corresponding personnel List, position, contact number and working years (self-designed format).
