3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the official authorization letter from the manufacturer agreeing to provide the goods in this bid; When determining the number of bidders, if the bidding products of more than two bidders are produced by the same manufacturer or integrator, it shall be determined as one bidder.
